WOW!!!! I don’t know where to start! I think this hotel from my point of view is amazing for what you get for your money!! My school absolutely loved it here, we were here this week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The food is so good even though the cabins are bunk beds it is still AWESOME!! They have ski hire and everything like that! I definitely think that this motel deserves a 4 star from me! I firmly recommend this motel for other schools!

Igor has been organising our annual school ski trip for about 10 years now. From the beginning it has been an excellent experience. Accommodation provided at the Snow Gate Motel is excellent, ski equipment onsite is of excellent quality. The food at the Snow Gate Motel is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for Igor!

Bed comfort was good. Shower was hot. Room heating was good. Good for a short stay or as a base for alpine area. Short drive to Thredbo, and ski tube etc.

We stay at the Snowgate Motel at Berridale. The new owner there has made things much easier for me. Igor books the bus from Canberra to Berridale and return, organises trips to both Parliament Houses and the War Memorial (we take Year 7 students) and provides accommodation at the Berridale Motel. The standard of accommodation is good, the food is good and he really looks after the staff. He now provides all skiing equipment, which saved us time last year in getting it from elsewhere. We are booked in again next year.
